Noura is shocked when Rashid asks her to separate days before their wedding. Amal suffers from her husband's bad treatment of her and puts poison in his food. Asmaa complains about her husband's neglect of raising their son, and the actress Shahd sets her ex-husband on fire.

Shahd burns her face and goes to a psychiatric hospital. Asmaa, Noura, and Amal are transferred there as well, as a result of the psychological trauma in their lives, and Dr. Sou'ad starts her work at the hospital.

Noura apologizes to Asmaa for what she did to her, and both of them remember the reason that made them become like that. Amal refuses to meet her father, while Nasser asks his ex-wife Sou'ad not to visit their children at school. Amal's father dies.

Sa'ad tells Asmaa that Adel is threatening her from inside prison, and shares his desire to take revenge on him as soon as he is released. Dr. Tahany suggests that Shahd has plastic surgery in order to help her with recovery.

Nasser files a report against Sou'ad for seeing her children without his permission. Sou'ad agrees with Ali to open a new psychotherapy center that she will be in charge of, and asks Amal to monitor the rest of patients in the clinic and inform her about them.

Sou'ad submits her new psychotherapy center project to the Ministry and obtains approval to take four girls from the clinic, but Shahd refuses to go with her and Tahany tries to convince her. Sou'ad asks Amal's mother to take her case to another lawyer to defend her.

The four women move to the new center, and Dr. Ali looks after them. Sou'ad persuades Shahd to accompany her there, and Adel asks Sa'ad to pass all the news of Asmaa to him.

Sa'ad tries to find out the whereabouts of Asmaa, and follows Sou'ad until he reaches the new center, he sneaks inside and everyone thinks that he is a thief. Noura remembers what she went through with her fiancé and how he asked her to quit the narcotic pills she was taking.

Sa'ad tells Sou'ad and Asmaa what Adel intends to do upon his release from prison, and Sou'ad decides to reduce the drug doses that Noura is getting. Asmaa recalls how Adel forced his son to blackmail some girls using their pictures.

Amal remembers how her father used to treat her badly, and Shahd recalls her relationship with the producer Abu Khalifa and his request to marry her in secret. Tahany tells Ali of her concern about conducting any experiments on the girls, and she suspects Sou'ad's intentions.

Adel is pardoned, and Abu Ghazy is hired as a guard at the center. Sou'ad asks Asmaa, Shahd, and Noura to help her solve Amal's problem.

Asmaa is overwhelmed by fear all the time about the presence of someone in the center, while Sou'ad tells Ali that she needs to start her experiments with Amal so that the rest of the girls would be convinced to comply with her request and talk to her.

Shahd suffers from a nervous breakdown and insists on leaving the center and returning to the psychiatric hospital. Amal begins to tell her story about her stepfather's harassment of her, her stepmother's bad treatment, and her marriage to an older man.

Amal tells her story and how her uncle helped her study and work, in addition to how she was forced to pay half of her salary to her father in order to let her continue her studies. Amal grieves the death of her father.

Sou'ad tries to help Amal get a part of her father's inheritance and tells her that her lover Turky has passed away as well, and she must face the truth.

Sou'ad tries to convince Asmaa to talk to her, as Amal did previously, Tahany leaves her fiancé Abdel Rahman, and Abu Ghazy is surprised by someone watching the center.

Asmaa tells Sou'ad that she wants to tell her story too, and Sou'ad tries to meet Sa'ad and find out everything about Adel and Asmaa and their past lives. Asmaa tells them what her husband and son did, as they were blackmailing girls and filming them in different positions.

Sa'ad tells Sou'ad that Adel has been released from prison and he does not know his whereabouts. When he surprises her at the center, she threatens to shoot him. Sou'ad and Tahany quarrel, and Sou'ad asks her to leave the center.

Someone kills Adel, and Noura has a nervous breakdown. Sou'ad is blamed for not caring for her, and everyone tries to calm her down.

Sou'ad tells Nasser that she will file a custody case, and Dr. Tahany asks her friend to search for forged medical certificates because she is suspicious of Sou'ad, while Sou'ad tells her that she will meet Noura's ex-fiancé Rashid so that she can start treatment with her.

Sou'ad meets Rashid to discuss Noura’s problem with him, and Shahd suggests that Noura leaves the center to recover. Noura tells Sou'ad her story, including her father’s death, her mother’s neglect of her, and how she got addicted to painkillers.

Noura continues to tell her story to Sou'ad, and informs her of her mother's marriage, and how Rashid abandoned her and broke off their engagement. Noura meets Rashid and he tells her that he still loves her.

Sou'ad tries to persuade Shahd to talk to her, and to tell her story like the rest of the women. Abu Ghazy confesses his love for Amal, but Asmaa reproaches him and asks him to leave the center, and he submits his resignation to Sou'ad.

Sou'ad succeeds in reaching Shahd's mother and gets to know her. She tells Shahd that she wants to meet her mother, and Shahd begins telling her story to Sou'ad.

Sou'ad collects information about Shahd’s dealings with the reporters when she was an actress, and finds that she was a selfish person and harmed everyone around her. Shahd tells her story with Abu Khalifa and how she married him, and the journalist whom she tried to set on fire and burned his face.

Shahd meets her mother and she forgives her, and Sou'ad is surprised by the girl Mai who comes to the center and asks her to stay in it, she tells her about her family, and Sou'ad agrees to help her.

Shahd refuses Mai's residence in the center, and they quarrel. Tahany tells Sou'ad that Mai's family is looking for her. Mai tells them how she met the young man Mesha'al, and they got married, but he cheated on her with her friend.

Tahany tells Sou'ad that Noura's mother is asking about her, and that she has cancer and wants to see her daughter, Noura, before her death. Sou'ad threatens to expose Mesha'al, hoping to solve Mai's problem.

Noura tells Sou'ad about what happened between her and Rashid, and how he knew about her addiction to painkillers after his sister got involved with the doctor treating her. Shahd decides to have plastic surgery and return to acting. Sou'ad plans with Abu Ghazy to complete his task.

Sou'ad reveals her blackmail of all the people who have been involved with the women in their lives, and takes Asmaa's jewelry. The director of the mental facility is surprised that she forged the papers of their admission, and Tahany is investigated.
