Hayat remembers what happened between her parents previously, and her mother’s demand that her father leave the house, while Musaad and Uday quarrel, and the latter hits Musaad and believes that he has killed him.
As Umm Mohamed is surprised that Musaad is still alive, the police arrest Uday. Ahmed takes up the case of exposing the manipulation and corruption in Hazza's company, and Mohamed returns from travel.
As Hazza recovers, his children get to know his second wife, Umm Hussein. Ahmed tells his father of his desire to marry Hayat.
The police accuse Uday of trading in suspicious tenders, and Mohamed takes over the management of the company, but Hazza asks him to leave the company to Uday and his mother.
Hazza remembers how he married Umm Hussein, the driver’s daughter, and regrets agreeing to Fatima’s marriage to Musaad. Mohamed tells his mother about Uday’s seizure of all the company’s money.
Musaad confesses to the investigating officer about Uday's involvement in all the suspicious tenders. Ahmed marries Hayat, and Uday's wife tells Umm Mohamed that Uday has transferred all his properties over to her.
