The story revolves around an Iraqi girl tending to her sheep, and next to her on the road is a car carrying a coffin of a dead person. As the forces on the road search this car and the coffin, the cotton surrounding the dead person flies off and reaches the girl. As the girl experiences menstruation for the first time, she uses the cotton flying from the coffin to hide her bleeding.
