Halim is disturbed by Assi's work methods. Samah tries to investigate the case. It's revealed that the greedy Khaled had threatened Halim using his relationship with Wesal. It's revealed that the businessman Ram is a greedy man who is killing people.

It's revealed that Tayem is Lobna's son but not Khaled's since Khaled wed Lobna after her divorce. As more government officials are killed, the police try to find the killer. It's revealed that Assi's family was in an accident that caused his brother's disability.
After Khalil's sister Hala is killed, Abed's photo is found with her and it's revealed that Abed is one of the corrupt officials. Samah is arrested and accused of killing Hala because she was in Hala's house after she was murdered.
Samah is released. Lobna finds car keys in Khaled's office and gives them to Halim. The police discover that Khaled had another wife, Shahd.
After she gives birth, Shahd's son is killed. Yamam learns that she is pregnant but keeps the news from Assi as she tries to convince him to legally register their marriage. It's revealed that Haithem knew that Khaled was keeping gold in his house and he asked Haitham not to reveal his secret.
Abbas falls ill and is transferred to the hospital. Yamam launches a new party. Assi and Ram quarrel.
When Wa'ed tells Haitham that she has telekinetic powers, they decide to look for Khaled's gold. Jewa runs away from Ram after he opposes her marriage to Tayem. Assi is shocked when he learns that his former sweetheart, Hanin, is getting married.
Bahaa decides to kill his father and asks Haitham to help him. When Assi is transferred to the hospital, Yamam stands by him. Abbas confirms that Wesal is still in love with Halim. Wesal leaves the house.

Assi is distressed when he learns that Yamam is pregnant. It's revealed that Ram left Rasha after she gave Khaled the keys to his safe. Haitham kills Bahaas's father. Joud is accidentally shot instead of Samah.
It's revealed that Yamam helped Khaled get the documents for money after Ram refused to give her her rights.
It's revealed that Bahaa slept with Jumana and caught their encounter on tape. Saleh weds Warda. It's revealed that Khaled and Ram used to trade in red mercury.
Asser kidnaps Khaled to get the mercury. Assi registers his marriage to Yamam but he remains hung up on her threats. He takes revenge on her by beating her which leads to her losing the baby.
Ram kills Abed. Halim discovers that Ram was trading in red mercury. When Halim tries to arrest Ram, Assi kills him. Shahd gives up her property to Lobna. Joud dies.
When the doctor asks Samah to approve the donation of Joud's heart to a patient, it's revealed that the patient is Assi. The extent of Khaled's greed and selfishness is revealed.
Samah's family tries to support her after Joud's death. It's revealed that Ram gave Yamam the red mercury. Samah is shocked when Joud's brother, Ramy, tells her that Joud left his house to her.
Abbas dies. Yamam decides to sell the red mercury. When she enlists Nermine's help, Nermine reports her. Assi confesses his love for Samah.
It's revealed that Asser was working with Khaled. Zain confesses his feelings for Rasha. Haitham is arrested. Assi tries to get close to Samah.
Wa'ed tells Haitham that she is pregnant. Assi changes after his heart transplant. Halim decides to close the case and retire.
Sobhy is transferred to the hospital after he gets beaten. Zain tells Rasha that Ram assigned him to watch her but he fell for her instead.
Assi tells Samah that the heart he recieved was Joud's. Yamam kills Taher to get back at Assi. It's revealed that Khaled is alive as he tells Halim about how Ram killed his son.
Khaled confesses that he is the one who killed the government officals because they knew he was still alive. Yamam is imprisoned. Halim arrests Khaled. Samah decides to stay with Assi.
