A family decides to go by car to their vacation spot instead of flying and they discover that they made a big mistake.

When the family van needs to be repaired, they decide to stay at a motel where they encounter unexpected trouble.

After the Parkers are back on the road, Nate is pulled over for driving while drunk but he is completely sober.

The Parkers stop by a repulsive restaurant to eat, where they watch a strange show. Trouble continues to chase them.

As the kids recover from food poisoning, the parents go to a B&B, where they try to enjoy their southern hospitality while drinking Russian vodka.

Robin agrees to marry the southern gentleman Dr. Rob and his Russian bride, but discovers something mysterious about Rob that might change everything. Nate tries to interfere in order to save his family.

After getting stuck in traffic, Nate and Robin take a trip down memory lane and remember how they met.

Nate makes a detour to Salvation, Florida and his family finds out that he has been lying to them.

The family finally arrives in Florida, where Nate tries to get his job back and a nearby racetrack offers hope.

The Parkers try to take down Nate's company by reporting their violations, but it is not an easy task.
