Suffering long unemployment, Sa'ied eventually starts working at the organization of Al-Sayed Megahed and Zeinab. Sa'ied shortly befriends Zeinab who tries to help him by giving him books, which enrages his brother, for he needs money, not books. Sa'ied teaches the children at the organization.
Karima's father dreams of seeing her drop out of school and just get married, but she runs away and resumes her education. Sa'ied grows close with Zeinab. As an elderly man proposes to Karima, Megahed and Sa'ied rush to her father to beg him not to approve of the marriage.
Thanks to Sa'ied, Aly accepts for his daughter to resume her studies. The manager of the organization thanks Sa'ied for his efforts with the children. As Zeinab and Sa'ied meet, he falls off and gets injured, only for Zeinab and Mostafa to take him home and meet his family.
Sa'ied clashes with his brother and leaves the house. In the light of everyone's attempts to see him, Sa'ied shuts them out. Zeinab eventually manages to meet him; he resumes his career as a teacher and they get married and hold the wedding ceremony at the school.
