When a misunderstanding leaves three pets stranded after their owners go on vacation, Chance, Shadow, and Sassy embark on a dangerous journey to find their way home to their owners.
As a family embarks on a trip to Canada for vacation, they inadvertently leave their pets, Shadow, Chance, and Sassy, behind at the airport. Stranded in San Francisco by themselves, the three pets encounter bully dogs and dog catchers as they try to find their way home.
