Ghazi refuses to separate from Maryam after learning of her pregnancy to humiliate Abu El Ezz. Sayah kills Fares so that he wouldn't expose the secret of the gold he is looking for.

Sayah tortures Ekhlas because she knows the location of the gold. As Abu El Ezz fails to find Fares, he suspects that Ghazi is behind Fares' disappearance. Zahra tells her brother that she wants to marry Tabanja, but he refuses and scolds her.

Sayah tries to move Fares' body but fails. Adel travels to Baghdad to stay away from his family. Abu El Ezz reports Fares' disappearance to the police after losing hope.

Ghazi deludes Souhaila into thinking that he kidnapped Fares so that he would retrieve half of his right to the estate from Abu El Ezz. Sayah leaves Fares' body in front of Abu El Ezz's house, upon which Abu El Ezz decides to kill Ghazi, thinking he killed Fares.

Souhaila's psychological condition worsens after losing her son. It turns out that Ekhlas is Abu El Ezz's sister and Sayah's wife. Umm El Ezz tells Fatima of her plan to take revenge on Tabanja.

Abu El Ezz doesn't believe Ghazi when he tells him that he has nothing to do with Fares' death. As Hayam decides to impose her control over the house, Souhaila quarrels with her.

Sayah lies to Abu El Ezz, telling him that his sister has passed away. Ghazi tells Souhaila that he is innocent of killing Fares and asks her to help him.

Sayah lies to Abu El Ezz by telling him that Ekhlas passed away five years ago. Abu El Ezz divorces Souhaila after she goes out without his permission to visit Ghazi.

Souhaila gives Turki the gold to help Ghazi. It turns out that in the past, Ekhlas stole Sayah's gold and gave it to Abu El Ezz to hide it. It also turns out that Fatima is Sayah's daughter, but he did not know this at Ekhlas' request.

Ghufran steals from Abu El Ezz's money. Umm El Ezz gets ready to marry Tabanja despite the objection of her children.

Umm El Ezz marries Tabanja and tortures him for what he did to her. Ammar asks Abu El Ezz for Fatima's hand in marriage, but she refuses. Sayah makes sure that Ekhlas has given the gold to Abu El Ezz.

Sayah asks Abu El Ezz for the gold after learning that it is with him, upon which he tells him to give him the sign that his sister Ekhlas told him about to take the gold. Ekhlas learns that Sayah wants to kill her.

Ghazi gets released; Tabanja refuses to tell Umm El Ezz about the whereabouts of his money; Abu El Ezz tries to convince Fatima to marry Ammar.

Abu El Ezz gets disturbed after Ghazi's release from prison, while Sayah teams up with Ghazi to destroy Abu El Ezz. Ghufran tells Hayam about Umm El Ezz's marriage to Tabanja.

Umm El Ezz obtains the gold that Tabanja stole from Souhaila. Ammar is upset after Fatima refuses to marry him. Abu El Ezz patches things up with Ghazi after he swears that he did not kill Fares. Also, he remarries Souhaila.

Abu El Ezz agrees to give the gold to Sayah on the condition that it gets distributed equally between Sayah and the children of Mahmoud, Sayah's brother, but Sayah refuses and threatens Abu El Ezz.

Abu El Ezz gives one-third of his right to the estate to Ghazi. Umm El Ezz visits Sayah's wife. Ekhlas asks Sumaya to tell Umm El Ezz that she is alive.

Hayam is revealed to be sterile. Ezzu gets arrested after Sayah falsely claims that he beat him. Ekhlas tells Sumaya that she has a daughter.

Ezzu confesses that he beat Sayah, who demands the gold from Abu El Ezz to drop the complaint against Ezzu. Ekhlas tells Sumaya that Sayah robbed and killed Mahmoud, his brother, and that she concealed from Sayah that she gave birth to Fatima.

Umm El Ezz makes sure that Ekhlas is alive. Abu El Ahlam returns and stands by Abu El Ezz in his crisis. Tabanja manages to rid himself of Umm El Ezz and tries to kill her.

Abu El Ahlam beats his daughter Ghufran because of what she stole in the past and her lying to him. Abu El Ezz gives Sayah some gold to give up his right, but he refuses. Tabanja locks Umm El Ezz in and asks her to tell him about the place of her and her brother Anwar's money.

Tabanja obtains the gold from Anwar's house and blackmails Hayam into giving him money in return for keeping the fact that they married in the past under wraps. Abu El Ahlam asks Ghufran to tell her husband her truth before marrying him. Ghazi asks Sayah to orchestrate a scandal for Abu El Ezz.

Abu El Ezz tries to find out about the golden earring that belongs to Ekhlas, but Sayah refuses to tell him the fact that she is alive. Abu El Ahlam learns that Ghufran has stolen from Abu El Ezz's house and beats her.

Ghufran frames her father for the accusation of theft in retaliation for his unjust killing of her mother in the past. Sayah agrees with Tabanja to seize the property of Umm El Ezz at the instigation of Ghazi.

Sayah refuses to tell Abu El Ezz the location of Ekhlas's grave. Meanwhile, Ezzu gets released. Hayam tells Ghazi about her previous marriage to Tabanja and enlists his help to get rid of him.

As Abu El Ezz travels to Beirut to find out the location of Ekhlas's grave, he tells his son Ezzu the location of the trust that belonged to Ekhlas, and that Fatima is her daughter.

Tabanja separates from Umm El Ezz after taking all her property. Sumaya helps Ekhlas to escape, but Tabanja locks the latter in his house.

Tabanja refuses to release Ekhlas before knowing the location of the gold. Sumaya tells her father, Sayah, that Ekhlas has given birth to a girl named Fatima.

As Souhaila grows suspicious of Hayam's behavior, she asks Ezzu to watch her. Sayah decides to take Fatima after learning that she is his daughter.

Umm El Ezz succeeds in breaking Ekhlas free. Ghufran decides to frame her father again for stealing Abu El Ezz's money which she stole.

Fatima learns that her father is Sayah and that her family has lied to her. Tabanja learns that Ghazi has become aware of his marriage to Hayam.

Fatima meets her mother, Ekhlas, but she does not accept her after she abandoned her in the past. Souhaila learns about Ghazi's intention to get close to Hayam.

Abu Shawwal makes sure of Abu El Ahlam's innocence and that Ghufran is the thief. Souhaila puts Ghazi in his place and threatens to expose Hayam before Abu El Ezz.

Umm El Ezz asks Fatima to go to her father, Sayah, and she agrees. Ghufran makes sure that her husband, Abu Shawwal, knows the truth about her theft.

Hayam and her mother steal Abu El Ezz's gold after he has exposed them in front of Souhaila. Sayah threatens Ezzu that he will expose Abu El Ezz with an old secret if he does not give him the gold.
