He's known for his role as Lucky Jenkins in a total of 27 of Paramount's popular Hopalong Cassidy film series, starring William Boyd. He got married twice and had one child. Among his notable works are Rustler's Valley (1937), Three Men from Texas (1940) and Sunset Trail (1938). He died in Palm Springs, California, USA on June 9, 1981, of pneumonia.
