An American actor and radio writer, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, on May 14, 1910. He appeared in westerns and low-budget B movies during the 1930s and 1940s, occasionally in extra roles as a gangster, chauffeur and henchman. He married Margaret Schwamm (1945-1970), they had three children, and she remained with him until his death. Among his notable works are In Old Mexico (1938), Riders of the Northland (1942) and Tombstone: The Town Too Tough to Die (1942). He died in Ferndale, Michigan, USA, on January 31, 1970, of muscular dystrophy.
